Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime, no questions asked
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to paid features until that date; afterward your organization automatically drops to the Free plan.
No refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time, or downgrades. Because you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, we keep pricing low and predictable instead of building refund overhead into the base price.
Plan downgrades
Downgrading from a higher tier (e.g. Enterprise → Starter) takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund the difference for the unused portion.
Sustained service outages
If a confirmed outage on our side prevents you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing period, we will extend your subscription on a pro-rated basis at no additional cost. Contact support to request.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before disputing a charge. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
