Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Aegis (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Aegis runs adversarial security assessments against AI systems you control. You supply an endpoint and credentials for the system under test; we send attack prompts to it and produce an audit-ready risk report. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to test the systems you configure.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Run assessments against systems you do not own or have written authorization to test.
  • Use the Service to facilitate attacks on third-party systems, networks, or individuals.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract proprietary attack templates.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share your API keys outside your organization.
  • Submit content that violates law or any third party’s rights.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we do not issue refunds for unused time. 6. Confidentiality

Your endpoint URLs, API keys, attack run prompts, and target responses are confidential. We treat them as such and do not use them to train models or share them with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with law.

7. Disclaimer

Aegis surfaces likely risks based on the attacks in our policy packs. A “PASS” verdict is not a guarantee of safety, and the report is not a substitute for human security review or legal/compliance counsel. The Service is provided “as is.”

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for abuse of the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
